Notice of issuance of new shares

As the company has decided to issue new stocks (redeemable convertible preferred stocks) to raise operating funds as follows, we are announcing to our shareholders in accordance with Article 418, Paragraph 4 of the Commercial Act and Article 4 of the Articles of Incorporation.

1. Type and number of new shares: 306,279 redeemable convertible preferred shares
2. Issue price of new shares: KRW 18,284 in gold per share (par value KRW 500 in gold)
3. Payment due date: June 22, 2023
4. How to issue new shares
In accordance with Article 418 of the Commercial Act and Article 11, Paragraph 2 of the company's Articles of Incorporation, the preemptive right of existing shareholders is excluded, and all new shares are allocated to a third party.
Other necessary procedures for issuing new shares are left to the CEO.
